Neel Mehta
Steve Risseeuw has served as vice president of Defense Department operations at SAP since February 2013 and is a more than 15-year information technology veteran.
He oversees a range of SAP software products for the defense and commercial sectors and provides guidance on the organization’s business development, sales, account management and strategic programs.
Risseeuw previously managed the company’s Army account and spent eight years at Oracle with responsibility over work to build up that company’s platform and application offerings portfolio for the U.S. Air Force.
He also worked at a biometrics firm that offers support to the Department of Homeland Security.
Prior to entering the private sector, he served four years in the Air Force and specialized in logistics and jet engine maintenance.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. from the University of Oklahoma.
