Pam Flail, formerly staff augmentation director at All Native Group, has joined Constellation West as director of business development for the company’s federal civilian segment.
She will oversee functions such as strategic planning, program management, pipeline development, business capture and proposal support in her new position, Constellation West said Thursday.
“We greatly value her deep knowledge of the government services industry and know she will be an asset as we continue to grow in the federal civilian sector, among both our current and new customers,” said Lisa Wolford, Constellation West’s president and CEO.
Flail has also directed program development at SCI Consulting and led business development at DRS Technical Services, DynCorp International and CALNET.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Washington Adventist University and a master’s degree in business management and international business from Johns Hopkins University.
