David Reeder, formerly chief financial officer of Electronics for Imaging, will work as a vice president and CFO at Lexmark beginning Jan. 9 and succeed interim CFO Gary Stromquist.
Lexmark said Monday Stromquist will resume his duties at the company’s imaging solutions and services division as vice president of finance.
“David’s experience with hardware and software solutions markets, combined with his finance and operations experience, make him the ideal executive to help drive Lexmark’s performance,” said Paul Rooke, chairman and CEO of Lexmark.
“Further… I would like to thank Gary for his leadership as the interim CFO during this transition period.”
Before his work at EFII, where he managed accounting, real estate, treasury, audit, taxation and other finance-related functions, Reeder has also served as a VP and CFO at Cisco‘s enterprise networking division.
He has previously held finance and operations management roles at Broadcom, Texas Instruments and Millipore (now EMD Millipore).
