Phillips_Kevin_Kevin Phillips serves as executive vice president and chief financial officer at ManTech International.

Prior to his CFO appointment, he participated in business issues and the integration of acquisitions as a corporate VP and chief of staff.

He joined ManTech in December 2002 upon that company’s acquisition of information technology and software contractor CTX Corp., where he served as that company’s CFO.

Phillips has also held controllership roles at other IT contractors.
