Neil Albert

Neil Albert serves as the vice chairman of the board of directors at MCR and holds responsibility for overall strategic planning, business development, ethics and compliance, contracts, marketing and legal functions.

He has been with the company for more than 25 years and has also held various positions, including service as president and CEO from 1999 to 2012.

Before MCR, Albert was director of cost estimating and analysis at Textron Defense Systems, where he oversaw life cycle cost and economic analysis and pricing for all of the company’s programs.

The 37-year industry veteran has also served as a senior fellow of the Defense Business Board and as president at the Society of Cost Estimating and Analysis and the College of Performance Management.

He currently serves on the executive committees of the Professional Services Council and the National Defense Industrial Association, as well as chairs PSC’s defense and intelligence executive advisory board.

Albert, a certified cost analyst/estimator, is a recipient of the “Lifetime Achievement” award from the Society of Cost Estimating and Analysis in 2013 and the Office of the Secretary of Defense Award for Exceptional Public Service in 2007 and 2014.
