IAI logoIntegrity Applications Inc. has signed a new agreement with Mills-Morgan Properties to extend its lease of office space in Beavercreek, Ohio and construct new facilities to expand its offices.

IAI said Thursday that its lease at the College Park III building will run through 2023 and grow its office space by 7,279 rentable square feet.

“Expanding IAI’s Beavercreek office and opening up additional office space is part of IAI’s plan to grow new work in the Dayton, Ohio area,” said Robert Thomas, vice president of the company’s analytical services business.

He added that IAI aims to facilitate further business opportunities with the expanded offices.

The company began construction of a new server room, lobby and perimeter walls on Dec. 22 and will proceed to controlled area improvements later in 2015.

IAI said the new lease agreement will bring its Beavercreek office’s total area to 10,021 RSF and includes two three-year renewal options and a right of first refusal for additional space in the building.
