Frank Spina, a former manufacturing and supply chain executive at a Selex ES subsidiary in Turkey, has joined Northrop Grumman as managing director of the company’s Italy-based navigation systems business.
Northrop said Friday Spina will oversee programs and business operations in Italy, such as the delivery of integrated avionics systems and attitude heading reference systems to customers worldwide.
Spina previously worked at Selex ES Elektronik Turkey as vice president of manufacturing and supply chain continuous improvement and as acting operations director.
He has nearly 30 years of program, facility, operations and production management experience at consumer and defense electronics manufacturing companies.
