Karen Sivek has been named division manager for human resources at Ensco after serving in the post on an acting basis since November 2014.
Sivek, a 17-year company veteran, will be responsible for coordinating the organization’s HR programs, Ensco said Thursday.
She joined the company in 1998 as an HR database specialist and later became a benefits manager and a director of benefits and compensation.
Before Ensco, she held HR leadership positions at Eagle Technology and L-3 Communications‘ Microdyne subsidiary as well as worked for Dun & Bradstreet as a credit reporter.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and economics from the University of Rochester and an MBA in human resources from George Washington University.
