Cisco has unveiled a new lineup of career certifications focused on cloud and Internet of Things skills.
The Cisco Certified Network Associate and Cisco Certified Network Professional certifications are meant to train professionals on how to connect devices, automate services and develop data analytics infrastructure, Cisco said Wednesday.
“The new certifications we are introducing enable IT personnel to handle current and future challenges with job role based training that drives business value for their employers,” said Tejas Vashi, director of product strategy and marketing at Cisco.
The CCNA industrial certification focuses on plant administrators, control engineers and information technology network engineers.
The CCNA Cloud and CCNP Cloud certifications are designed to help professionals develop their skills in building private and hybrid cloud-based infrastructure-as-a-service.
