Vincent Maffeo

Vincent Maffeo serves as executive vice president and general counsel of Leidos, where he is responsible for legal, contracts, pricing, environmental health and safety, and internal audit.

Maffeo was previously the senior vice president and general counsel of ITT Corp. before he joined Leidos on June 7, 2010, then known as SAIC.

His career in law began with a stint as an associate with New York-based Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.

Maffeo also served as chair of the Corporate Counsel Group, Public Contract Law Section of the American Bar Association.

He was a lieutenant in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps within the U.S. Naval Reserve.

Maffeo graduated from Harvard Law School and Brooklyn College (City University of New York).
