Stacy Cleveland, vice president of the global practices public sector at Hewlett-Packard‘s enterprise services business, has called cloud brokerage an emerging concept in the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program, FierceGovernmentIT reported Monday.
Molly Bernhart Walker writes Cleveland said she believes the U.S. government needs to identify cloud agent responsibilities so it can develop a framework to standardize and regulate agency-broker relationships.
She added the framework should focus more on contracting structures and less on security baselines, the report says.
