centurylink-logoGlen Post,  CenturyLink CEO and president, said Tuesday that Ross Garrity, the company’s senior vice president of information technology solutions, will be the interim lead of the global markets group following the retirement of Karen Puckett from the role on Aug. 31.

“Ross has over 30 years of IT services experience having served as senior partner at KPMG, where he helped reestablish KPMG’s consulting and IT implementation services,” Post added.

He said Garrity served as chairman and CEO of American Renewable Fuels before he joined KPMG.

“Additionally, his extensive knowledge of IT services, software solutions, technology implementation and telecommunications will help position us to drive strategic revenue growth over the coming months,” Post said.
