NGA.NET has adopted the new name of Acendre in an effort to expand the company’s Software-as-a-Service platforms designed to help government and commercial clients recruit and hire staff.
“The rebrand represents an exciting growth phase for the company as the data revolution continues in HR,†Mike Giuffrida, co-founder and CEO of Acendre, said Tuesday.
Giuffrida noted that Acendre is an acronym that stands for attract, connect, engage, develop and retain.
Acendre provides cloud-based software tools — People Analytics, ePerform and eRecruit — that aim to help customers hire candidates, perform workforce data analysis and mitigate onboarding difficulties.
