bigdata_DV_20111014152215AT&T Corp. has been selected to update the communications infrastructure of the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s claims centers.

The company will deploy interactive voice response and contact center services under a four-year contract, AT&T said Thursday.

AT&T also selected Interactive Intelligence to provide software-based services for the project.

The center is designed to collect, authenticate and process claims for disaster survivors.

The General Services Administration awarded the contract through its Networx Universal vehicle.
