Northrop Grumman has collaborated with Incident Response Technologies to build a new tool for public safety organizations to manage critical situations.
IRT said Tuesday that Northrop’s Tactical Incident Management System is based upon IRT’s cloud-based Rhodium incident management software.
The platform works to help law enforcement personnel plan, manage and track events as well as create post-event reports.
The Los Angeles Police Department has deployed the system during the World Special Olympics and BET Music Awards as part of a pilot program.
IRT built its Rhodium technology to support operations of police, firefighters and emergency management and campus security personnel.
