William Swanson, former CEO and chairman of Raytheon, has joined the board of directors at cybersecurity company Resilient Systems.
Resilient Systems CEO and Co-Founder John Bruce said Monday the company wants to apply what he called “expertise and counsel” from Swanson.
“Bill is a highly accomplished business leader, whose perspective will be invaluable as we reach the next stage of our unprecedented growth,†added Bruce.
Swanson is also the chairman of the Massachusetts Competitive Partnership and a member of the Defense Department’s Defense Business Board, TJX Companies‘ board of directors and the Next Era Energy board.
