Leidos has received an award from Victory Media for the company’s program to hire veterans, soldiers that end their service and military spouses.
Victory Media presented the 2016 Military Friendly Employer and Top 100 Employer recognition to Leidos for its Operation MVP military veteran outreach program, Leidos said Wednesday.
“We recognize the immense character, work ethic and technical skills that veteran employees bring to Leidos,” said Sarah Allen, Leidos’ chief human resources officer.
Leidos recruits veterans through the program in collaboration with military transition centers, military associations and veteran organizations.
Ernst & Young audited the results of a data-driven survey based on Victoria Media’s weightings and methodology during the process to determine selections.
