Parsons has received the Military Friendly Employer designation from Victory Media for the fourth year in a row.
The designation is based on a company’s military recruitment programs, retention initiatives for veterans, policies on National Guard and Reserve service and percentage of newly hired personnel with previous military background, Parsons said Tuesday.
“This recognition is a testament to our efforts to recruit top talent with diverse backgrounds and experiences, including from our armed forces,” said Jamie Morehead, vice president of talent management at Parsons.
Parsons earned the 2016 designation after it completed a data-driven survey that Ernst & Young tested and assessed for Victory Media.
Victory Media publishes G.I. Jobs magazine, which will feature Parsons and other Military Friendly Employers in its December issue.
