Frost & Sullivan has awarded CenturyLink a 2015 Company of the Year Award in recognition of the company’s portfolio of cloud services in North America.
CenturyLink said Monday the award is based on Frost & Sullivan’s survey of information technology professionals meant to assess how CenturyLink’s cloud services fulfilled the requirements of technical and line-of-business cloud users.
“The recognition from Frost & Sullivan caps off an excellent year for the CenturyLink cloud platform,” said Aamir Hussain, chief technology officer at CenturyLink.
Hussain added that the company will continue to offer customers a platform from “infrastructure and application services, to novel automation and governance tools” to help them transform their IT.
CenturyLink’s cloud platform is designed to deliver colocation and hosting services to public cloud.
