Computer Sciences Corp.1775 Tysons Blvd will move its headquarters to a new office building at 1775 Tysons Boulevard in Fairfax County, Virginia, this spring.

CSC has signed a lease agreement with Lerner Enterprises to occupy two floors in the building located within the Corporate Office Centre at Tysons II, the real estate development firm said Tuesday.

The relocation comes after CSC spun off its North American public-sector business and that unit’s merger with SRA International to form CSRA.

CSC’s current head office is located at Fairview Park in Falls Church.

The company will occupy 61,678 square feet of the Lerner-developed 17-story tower, which the developer said is designed to comply with the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design-Platinum certification requirements.
