Jeffrey Cohen, a 26-year U.S. Air Force veteran, has been appointed vice president of capture and proposals at government services contractor Whitney, Bradley & Brown.
Cohen has over three decades of proposal management and business development experience in both public and commercial sectors, WBB said Tuesday.
“We are proud to have [Cohen] on the team and are excited for the changes he will bring to the table,” said Robert Olsen, chief operating officer at WBB.
Prior to WBB, Cohen worked as a proposal consultant at Sound Solutions Consulting.
Cohen retired from the Air Force in 2007 with the rank of colonel and holds a foundation-level certification from the Association of Proposal Management Professionals.
