Constellation West has promoted Kelly Goggin, a former legislative liaison of U.S. Cyber Command, and Mark Redford, a former U.S. Air Force officer, to new roles within the company.
The company said Thursday Goggin, previously a director of business development, will support strategic BD and execute programs for existing contracts with the federal sector and other markets in her new senior BD director post.
“She has adapted well as she transitioned from an impressive military career and demonstrates the characteristics sought by our toughest customers,” said Lisa Wolford, president and CEO of Constellation West.
The 26-year Air Force veteran previously served as senior director of congressional inquiries, program manager of the mobility/logistics joint requirements and commander of the 319th Operations Support Squadron at the service branch.
Constellation West also named Mark Redford, also a former business development director at the company, as the manager for the U.S. Strategic Command Systems and Missions Support III program, with responsibility for the capture, proposal and execution of the USAMS III contract.
He is a retired command chief master sergeant of the Air Force Weather Agency at Offutt Air Force Base.
“His personnel management and program leadership skills are a terrific match for our customers, company, and teammates,” added Wolford.
Redford was a program manager at CACI‘s federal unit after he left military service.
