Louise Clements has been appointed as ICF International‘s executive vice president, group lead for the consulting services contractor’s ICF Olson group lead and a member of the company’s executive leadership team.
ICF said Monday the former MRM/McCann president of the North America East division holds 26 years of marketing, advertising and engagement experience from previous roles in digital marketing, sales and operational organizations for media organizations in the region.
“Growth-minded and strategic, Louise understands the market and how to integrate creativity, media, technology and data to create a full customer experience for clients,” said ICF Chairman and CEO Sudhakar Kesavan.
Prior to MRM/McCann, Clements also led Facebook‘s advertising team in Canada in 2009 when she converted the social media site to a marketing platform for the country’s advertisers.
