Ruby Jones to Serve as Turner Construction Community, Citizenship Compliance Director

Turner Construction Company Regional Director of Community Affairs Ruby Jones has taken a new role as the company’s community and citizenship compliance director.

Jones coordinates with the human resources and operations groups in an effort to assist the company comply with the Labor Department‘s office of federal contract compliance programs federal laws and regulations and serve in the company’s community and citizenship steering committee, Turner said Friday.

She also handles the Turner School of Construction Management and maintains partnerships with community organizations, the report said.

Jones has worked for Turner since December 1998 and handled tasks including construction management training program oversight, the YouthForce 2020 program management and implementation, promote the construction industry as a career option and provide construction awareness to students.
