CSG Government Solutions has received a contract to provide quality assurance support for the Oregon Transportation Department’s Driver and Motor Vehicle Service Transformation program.
The company will perform quality planning and control as well as risk assessment services in support of Oregon DMV’s business transformation efforts, CSG said Wednesday.
Patti Garofalo, director of CSG’s motor vehicle practice, said the company will use its quality assurance and management strategies to facilitate visibility into the STP portfolio.
Oregon DMV launched STP projects in an effort to refresh business processes, replace legacy computer systems and meet customer and regulatory requirements, CSG noted.
