Jacobs - ExecutiveMosaicJacobs has secured a six-month, $9.8 million bridge contract from the U.S. Air Force to continue to provide research operations support services to the Air Force Research Laboratory.

More than 100 Jacobs staff will continue supporting the planning, scheduling, management and evaluation of propulsion system tests for AFRL, the company said Wednesday.

Jacobs added that the company has nearly 20 years of experience working at Edwards Air Force Base, where AFRL is stationed.

Ward Johnson, Jacobs senior vice president of aerospace and technology, said the company looks to build on its existing business relationship with AFRL and deliver services that work to support the organization’s mission to discover, develop and integrate technologies for U.S. aerospace programs.
