softwareThe U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services looks to procure commercial software that can be modified to help the agency implement a workers compensation case management system.

USCIS is looking for potential sources of a web-based platform that will work to process, analyze, compile and generate reports for the agency’s Workers’ Compensation Program, the Department of Homeland Security said in a notice posted Wednesday on FedBizOpps.

The agency aims to deploy such technology to analyze workplace injuries and illnesses, , identify and track trends, manage cases and help DHS and USCIS senior officials to create annual reports.

DHS added a proposed case management system must have the capability to interface with the Labor Department as well as comply with the security requirements of USCIS.

The agency is considering using a fixed-price contract to procure software package and related support services.

Responses to the sources sought notice are due May 26.
