acendreAcendre has secured a contract to provide a technology platform for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to automate the agency’s employee performance management process.

FWS intends to use the Acendre Performance platform to conduct performance appraisals and publish the results of those assessments online as well as auto-populate the Interior Department‘s Employee Performance Appraisal plan.

“In today’s human capital climate, federal agencies need to address employee engagement, and the introduction of a modern performance management capability acts as the foundation to achieving positive outcomes in this area,” said Mike Giuffrida, Acendre co-founder and CEO.

FWS will also implement the company’s People Analytics platform for agency leaders to gain insight into people data and workforce performance, Acendre noted.

The company added it seeks to help the agency to automatically manage employee performance reports at the program, regional and enterprise levels with the technology.
