John Mancuso Joins PAR Technology’s Govt Systems Business as Mission Systems BD Senior Director

John Mancuso, former director of business development at Sciolex, has joined PAR Technology subsidiary PAR Government Systems Corp. as senior director of business development for mission systems.

Mancuso will report to PGSC President Matt Cicchinelli and be responsible for business development initiatives in the unit’s core and adjacent market areas, PAR said Wednesday.

“John’s experience qualifying and capturing opportunities in the competitive [Defense Department] and [intelligence community] markets, along with bringing existing corporate capabilities and competencies to adjacent markets, will be critical to sustaining growth at PAR Government,” said Cicchinelli.

Mancuso most recently served as director of operations and business development at SilTek Inc. and previously held various roles such as senior program manager for Navy/joint client accounts and operations manager at General Dynamics’ information technology business.
