Norb Ryan, former president and CEO of Ryan and Associates, has joined The Spectrum Group as a team member at the Alexandria, Virginia-based consulting firm.
TSG said Monday the retired U.S. Navy vice admiral has extensive knowledge of key issues facing the Defense Department and military veterans as well as gained experience on Capitol Hill.
“We are confident he will provide our clients with timely, expert business counsel,” said Jim Hinkle, TSG head of Navy team.
Ryan spent a 35-year career at the Navy, where he commanded multiple aviation units, directed the service branch’s Office of Legislative Affairs and served as chief of naval personnel.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from the U.S. Naval Academy and a master’s degree in personnel management from George Washington University.
