Octo-Consulting-logoThe General Services Administration has included its new special item number for health information technology offerings in Octo Consulting Group‘s IT Schedule 70 contract with GSA.

GSA implemented the 132-56 SIN to help federal customers access and procure healthcare IT products from commercial providers, Octo Consulting said Sunday.

“Octo Consulting Group has always had a strong focus on health IT as demonstrated by our performance at agencies including the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Health and Human Services,” said Jay Shah, executive vice president of Octo Consulting Group.

Shah added the company aims to continue to support VA and HHS through the modified Health IT SIN.
