SAIC logoScience Applications International Corp. has been listed in Military Training International magazine’s 2016 Top Simulation and Training Company list for the publication’s September edition.

The recognition marks the third consecutive year SAIC was included in the roster of companies selected for their contributions to the training community, SAIC said Monday.

“SAIC is incredibly honored and proud to have won Military Training International’s Innovation Ribbon award and to be featured as a top simulation and training company for the third straight year,” said Josh Jackson, senior vice president of training and simulation at SAIC.

Editors at Military Training International, a publication of Defense House Publishing, picked eight awardees for the Innovation Ribbon that was given to SAIC for the first time.

SAIC received the award for the company’s work to optimize human performance for individual and organizational efforts and for its initiative to develop games and augmented and virtual reality training for the federal government and the Defense Department.
