The Defense Logistics Agency expects to issue a request for proposals by Nov. 1 for a potential five-year, $11.5 million contract that will require Bose-built headsets.
The US Federal Contractor Registration said Monday the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract will cover the delivery of TriPort Tactical Headset Series 2 units to the New Cumberland, Pennsylvania-based DLA Distribution Facility.
Interested contractors must be registered under the System for Award Management database and obtain associated representations and certifications, the registration company added.
US Federal Contractor Registration is a third-party government registration firm that helps companies complete SAM database registration as well as provide information on government contracting opportunities.
