ThinkSmart has updated a technology platform designed to help government and enterprise customers automate workflows and business processes.
The company said Monday it incorporated new features into the Automation Platform that will work to help users configure and integrate the product with any system that runs Salesforce or Google application program interfaces.
Paul Hirner, CEO at ThinkSmart, said the company expanded its platform’s integration tools to help government agencies address constraints of legacy systems as well as business organizations that need to expand cloud computing operations.
Automation Platform now includes form URL parameters, external API OAuth2 support, external API validation and Push-to-File Transfer Protocol features, the company noted.
ThinkSmart also created an online Learning Center that offers training videos, release notes and information on product and feature updates.
