Ronald Keys, owner of management consulting services company RK Solution Enterprises and a retired U.S. Air Force general, has joined the board of directors at Systems Planning and Analysis.
SPA said Keys helped provide operational context for the Alexandria, Virginia-based contractor’s support work at the Office of the Secretary of Defense and pilot experience-level research efforts the company has conducted for ACC.
“Keys brings extensive experience in the [Defense Department] acquisition process, security, unmanned aerial systems, irregular warfare, cyber, organizational management, military operations and wargaming strategies,” said William Vantine, SPA president and CEO.
The 40-year Air Force veteran led the service branch’s efforts to organize, train, equip and maintain combat-ready forces in his previous role as commander of Air Combat Command.
Keys also served as Air Component Commander for the U.S. Joint Forces Command and recorded 4,000 flight hours during his military career.
He is the chair of CNA’s Advisory Board on DoD Energy and Climate Change as well as a member of the Center for Climate and Security Advisory Board, U.S. Global Leadership Coalition National Security Advisory Council and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Board of Trustees.
