eGlobalTech has been chosen to supportÂ IBM in a project to migrate the Federal Emergency Management Agency‘s integrated public alertÂ and warning system toÂ Amazon Web ServicesÂ cloud technology.

IPAWS is designed to help federal, state, territorial, tribal and local authorities inform communities in the event of a critical situation,Â eGT said Thursday.

eGTÂ has previously helped transition FEMA emergency management systems through the use of aÂ DevOps service framework and an open-source cloud orchestration toolset.
