Leidos, SecurityMatters to Combine Industrial Control System Mgmt, Threat Monitoring Platforms - top government contractors - best government contracting eventLeidos and SecurityMatters have partnered to add passive monitoring features into a technology platform designed to help operators monitor and secure industrial control systems.

SecurityMatters said Thursday it will integrate its SilentDefense continuous threat detection and response platform with Leidos’ Industrial Defender Automation Systems Manager offering.

Leidos will resell the integrated product to current and future Industrial Defender ASM customers.

Bob Meindl, president of Leidos’ cyber arm, said the partnership seeks to boost customers’ visibility into their industrial networks.

SilentDefense is an operational technology network monitoring and intelligence platform that works to help industrial operators detect threats and control their networks.

Industrial Defender ASM is designed to address the need of ICS operators for cybersecurity, regulatory compliance and change management.

Leidos also forged an alliance with Claroty to offer the latter’s passive monitoring technology to Industrial Defender ASM users.
