The Professional Services Council has released its annual report on federal acquisition laws and regulations in 2017.

David Berteau, PSC president and CEO, said in a statement the annual report includes a summary of the council’s comments on government procurement measures and related regulations as well as whitepapers and testimonies submitted by PSC in 2017.

“Advocacy efforts extended far beyond formal comments on legislation or regulations to include hundreds of informal communications, education sessions, dialogues and discussions,” Berteau added.

Alan Chvotkin, executive vice president and counsel at PSC, will hold a webinar on Tuesday, Feb. 27, to provide an overview of regulatory and legislative changes in the previous year as well as discuss policy issues in 2018.
