Regina Paolillo, an executive vice president and chief financial and administrative officer at TTEC Holdings, has been elected to join Unisys‘ board of directors.
Paolillo brings finance, operations, investments, acquisitions and digital technology experience to Unisys as a board member, the company said Tuesday.
She has served as TTEC’s CFAO since 2011 and oversees finance, treasury, accounting, enterprise human capital, risk management, strategic sourcing and merger-and-acquisition functions in that capacity.
The Englewood, Colorado-based company works with federal, state and local government customers to help them design and implement citizen-centric digital technology.
Prior to TTEC, Paolillo served as EVP and CFO of healthcare information technology company Trizetto Group.
