“I look forward to working closely with Joe as we execute our strategic plan and continue to expand into new customers and diversity our capabilities,” said Michael Gulino, who was named president and chief executive officer two weeks ago.
“Joe brings to FCI tremendous experience and relationships across a wide range of national security customers. He also has a demonstrated track record of running highly successful business development and capture organizations that will help take FCI to the next level,” Gulino added.
Before joining FCI, Chioda was the client executive vice president for AT&T’s Global Public Sector, where he served the intelligence community. He has also held senior leadership roles with BAE Systems, DynCorp International and Northrop Grumman.
“I am extremely excited to join the FCI team,” commented Chioda, adding “I look forward to helping us grow our current customer footprint as well as achieve the next level of growth in new market space.”
Chioda is a member of the Professional Services Council, Potomac Officers Club, AFCEA and INSA.
