Carahsoft Technology and Informatica have partnered to promote the latter’s enterprise cloud data management and integration platform to government clients. A new report by Deloitte’s Center for Government Insights has identified eight trends that could enable a tenfold improvement in government outcomes and one is that advances in artificial intelligence, including generative AI, could result in increased productivity in the public sector. An RTX business has completed another live-fire demonstration of Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor, the advanced, 360-degree air and missile defense radar it is developing for the U.S. Army. The defense contractor said Thursday Raytheon conducted a series of exercises showcasing LTAMDS' integration with the Integrated Battle Command System, the radar's tracking of a cruise missile surrogate and its relay of target track information to IBCS to guide a missile to intercept the target.

Robert Lightfoot, president of Lockheed Martin Space, said the company is looking to partner with more space businesses that are working on small satellites and intelligence, surveillance and communications payloads to meet the increasing demand within the government market for resilient space-based capabilities. “We’re looking for strategic partners," Lightfoot, a three-time Wash100 awardee, told the publication at a conference on Tuesday. "We're interested in talking with anyone who has an advantage in those areas from a space perspective."
