Robert Moore of Carahsoft Technology said in a blog post published Feb. 23 that government and industry information technology leaders at a digital transformation roadshow in California discussed how state and local government agencies could improve customer experience and protect the privacy of constituents through cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies.
