Hi Nancy and Mark
As you said - Mark, this gives me a little insight into your work. This is very interesting and the work must be very challenging. He has built quite a company and done it (evidently) with men like you.
Love to both of you. - dad

In 1997, I worked for Mr. Lantz in the Financial Services Division at SPA. During my tenure, I gained a wide range of experiences such as formal project management and business process improvement. Additionally, the SPA business model provided me with a deep understanding of creative business development with current and prospective clients. It was my experience that SPA employed top-tier personnel and provided the best benefits in the industry.

The short term, in which I served as Project Manager, provided me with excellent skills that, in essence, pushed me to start my own company. As President/CEO of Obverse, an Information Technology Consulting Firm, I utilize many of SPA's methodologies and processes for development of our organization’s culture. I’d like to formally thank SPA and Mr. Lantz for their contribution to my personal and professional development.

Sincerely,

James Detherage
President/CEO
Obverse, Inc.
