Security Tech Firms Signs On to Long-Term Lease

The Abraxas Corp., a national security technology firm has signed a 10 year lease at Wordgate Plaza, according to the CoStar Group, a commercial real estate company.
The deal gives Abraxas 21,000 square feet and the full third floor of the Herndon, Virginia-based address. The four-building, eight-floor Worldgate Plaza was bought in 2007 for $109 million by Inland Real Estate Trust.
