After making a name for himself as Group Vice President of Advanced Systems at HPTi (High Performance Technologies, inc.), Scott Miller has been promoted to COO. In this position, Miller will oversee leadership development and line management of programs. HPTi’s president, Tim Keenan, said of Miller, “He has always represented growth energy for the firm and a shared vision for the future of HPTi. I look forward to working with Scott to take HPTi into the future.”

After joining the company in 2002, Miller’s solid leadership won the largest contract in the company’s history—the Army High Performance Center. This award is estimated to be worth $210 million, enabling HPTi’s annual revenue to soar from $35 million to $59 million.

After earning a B.A. in Mathematics from Drexel and an M.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, Scott Miller went on to serve as V.P. of Business Development at MRJ Technology Solutions. Before arriving at HPTi, he managed marketing and business development as V.P. at Veritect Inc.
