General Dynamics’ mission systems business has received a five-year, $44M contract to deliver a variety of shelter types to the U.S. Army.
JHC Technology has passed Level 3 appraisal under a capability improvement framework of CMMI Institute and certification with the International Organization for Standardization, validating the firm's business process compliance with industry-recognized standards. The institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration serves as a guide designed to help organizations deliver performance-boosting processes, while the ISO 9001:2015 standard aims to regulate the delivery of a firm's services, the cloud services company said Thursday.
Ravenswood Solutions, an SRI International subsidiary, has received a new International Organization for Standardization certificate for the firm's quality management system. The ISO 9001:2015 standard, built on business- and expert-based input, requires companies to observe greater senior management involvement, broader supply chain familiarity and boosted focus to meet stakeholder needs, Ravenswood said Wednesday.
