Virginia native Bill Mixon currently serves as CEO of USIS, the largest supplier of security investigations for the federal government, as well as the National Security Division, a major supplier of critical national security services supporting a wide variety of vital programs throughout the world.
Mixon's professional background includes more than 20 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. Since 1994, Mixon has served in various senior-level positions with Phillips Medical Systems, North America, where he focused on customer support and customer service. He received increased responsibilities as VP of strategic integration and VP of operations, directing an organization consisting of nine separate business units with 3500 total field employees and more than $1.0 billion in revenues. In this role, he developed, implemented, and led multiple strategic initiatives to ensure efficiency of production, customer satisfaction, and business growth, including a benchmark “North America Service Delivery Plan.“
Mixon holds a B.A. in Economics from Georgetown University, an M.B.A. from the College of William and Mary's Mason School of Business, and an M.S. in Healthcare Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.
