Louis M. Addeo

Louis M. Addeo is president of the ManTech Technical Services Group. He joined the company in March 2009. Prior to joining ManTech, from September 2007 until January 2009, Addeo served as chief operating officer of Serco, NA. He was responsible for overseeing the company’s human capital management, logistics/engineering, transportation and program management businesses.

Prior to that, he spent 30 years with AT&T involved in IT services, homeland security and federal contracting. Addeo directed a broad offering of professional services, managed services and in-depth intelligence capability to federal agencies and departments including the White House, Department of State, Department of Homeland Security and the Intelligence Community.

Addeo has served on the board of the USO, the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association, the Northern Virginia Technology Council, and on the Executive Committee of the Security Affairs Support Association. He was also one of 14 panel members of the Acquisition Advisory Panel charged with the detailed review of government-wide contracting practices.
