Karl J. Leatham serves as senior vice president of NCI’s Technology Office and chief information officer, as well as the principal corporate executive responsible for developing and implementing the company’s IT policy. He is responsible for overseeing all corporate information system infrastructure and for establishing information-related standards to facilitate management control over corporate resources.
Before joining NCI, Leatham served as deputy program manager responsible for fielding software Release A of NASA’s Earth Observing Data and Information System program. Prior to the NASA assignment, he was the founding director of Computer Sciences Corporation’s federal business process re-engineering practice.
Leatham hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the United States Military Academy and a master’s degree in computer science at the University of Arizona.
