Mark Danisewicz is Chief Financial Officer for AMERICAN SYSTEMS. Since he joined the company in 1997, Danisewicz has led the company’s finance and accounting groups to significant growth and has achieved several accomplishments, such as the acquisition of seven organizations and the implementation of their financial transitions.

Danisewicz has over 25 years of experience in dealing with government contracts and IT sector. Along with his position as CFO for AMERICAN SYSTEMS, Danisewicz serves on the company’s Board of Directors. He is also a member of the Professional Services Council (PSC) Board of Directors.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from John Carroll University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
